The New Olive harvest has started in Delphi on the 23rd of November 2017

We are happy to announce that the new harvest has just began in the area of Delphi on November 23, 2017. The dry weather of October has given its place to the rainy November season. The olives are already matured in our area and ready to be harvested by hand.

For the harvest of the olives we mostly use big rakes, like in the image below, or big wooden sticks for the higher branches of the trees.

After the daily harvest our olives are carried to the oil press factory, where they are cold pressed in order to produce high quality oilive oil.

This years olive oil is delicious. It has an intense fruite aroma with notes of dew of the forest and aftertaste of fresh almond.

We are doing our best to send the new harvested oil in our warehouse in France before the Christmas period. Hopefully it will be available from our eshop before the 20th of December 2017.
